One of Portland’s learners, Joe has a starring role in an online campaign from Facebook and the Paralympic Games, #wethe15.
Earlier this year, we were honoured to play a small part in the filming of the video for their #wethe15 campaign which aims to end discrimination against disabled people and how sport can help.
