Rebuilding Mental Health
Rebuilding Mental Health – your pathway to a clearer future.
Do you sometimes feel worried, stressed or lacking in confidence but don’t know who to speak to?
We can support you to:
- Improve your confidence
- Better understand your own mental health
- Develop strategies to take away and use in daily life
- Access ongoing support to help improve your health and well-being.
Portland Pathways delivers two different Rebuilding Mental Health courses, free of charge, that will help you better understand your own mental health, develop ways to manage your well-being and resilience, increase confidence and get the most out of future opportunities.
Depending on your needs, you may also be able to access free one-to-one counselling sessions which are delivered in partnership with Derby University.
